Delivery
Orders placed before 4pm on a working day are packed and sent the same day. Delivery usually takes one to three working days, and every parcel is tracked from the moment it leaves us. We ship with a tracked next-day courier.
- Standard delivery is free on orders over $60
- Under $60, standard delivery is $6
- You get a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel is collected
Returns
If something is not right, send it back within thirty days and we will refund it in full. You do not need to give a reason, and there is no restocking fee.
Email us and we will send a prepaid return label. Refunds are processed within three working days of the parcel arriving back with us.
Something arrived damaged
Send a photo before you do anything else and we will replace it immediately. You do not need to return a damaged item first.
